Thanks to SF Gate for letting us know the sad news that Outer Sunset art gallery 3 Fish Studios will be closing their San Francisco storefront at the end of August.

Thankfully the husband and wife team, Annie Galvin and Eric Rewitzer, behind the studio won’t stop making their adorable and affordable art. They’re just shutting down their storefront in San Francisco and moving their studio to the Sierra foothills to try country life.

Visit the storefront through the end of August

In the meantime, its planned for their storefront will be open through the end August. Current hours through end of August 2020 are from 11-4 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for curbside pickup and walk-up shopping. The storefront is located at 4541 Irving St. between 46th and 47th, San Francisco, CA. But please check their site for the latest hours as things may change. Or you can shop online.

You may not know 3 Fish Studios by name, but chances are you definitely know their work. They are the designers behind the iconic bear hugging California design, the 49 Mile Drive prints among countless other endearing art work series including many specific to San Francisco and the Bay Area.

Funcheap are HUGE fans of 3 Fish Studios and have commissioned some original pieces in the past and own some of their prints. We wish them well on this next stage!
