The annual light show, Photosynthesis, on the exterior of the Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park returns on Friday, May 12, 2023 around 8:30pm.

We invite you to bring a picnic to set up on our front lawns as the sun sets. The 30-minute light show will transform the building into a canvas for colorful light art installed by Lumigeek and synched with brand new music composed by Tim Digulla.

Although the event inside the Conservatory is ticketed ($20 – even for San Francisco locals), if you just want to watch the show for free you can head out to the lawn in front of the Conservatory to see the building transformed into a canvas for colorful 30-minute light art show.

If you can’t make it tonight, the light show will continue every night beginning about 30 minutes after sunset.
