A fun & strange Burning Man camp sets up for one night in SF

Like a little slice of Burning Man right here in SF, spend your Saturday night kicking back in hammocks, dressing up for costume karaoke or having your first spin at “silent” karaoke.

This event is geared around the Hammock Hangout Burning Man theme camp which is a 12,000 square foot passive solar shade structure at Burning Man. This is a mini version of the camp set up right here in SF.

  • KJPaul costume karaoke set up in the main barn
  • Try your hand at silent karaoke, which is like a silent disco, but with karaoke
  • Dress up: There’s hundreds of costumes for people to wear.
  • They’ll be setting up a parachute lounge and several hammocks. Learn how to make your own hammock, hang it and learn some basic knots. Or just kick back and relax.
  • Food trucks and a bar truck, as always
