Celebrate winter in style, worship the snow, drink some beer and get stoked for winter at Sports Basement’s 10th annual SnowFest happening at three different stores with lift tickets and prizes from all manner of excellent mountain resorts and vendors.

SnowFest 2015

  • Campbell store: Friday, Nov. 13 | 4-8 pm
  • Berkeley store: Saturday, Nov. 14 | 12-4 pm
  • Presidio store: Sunday, Nov. 15 | 3-7 pm

Free, but an RSVP is requried. (RSVP and you are automatically entered to win one of three Unrestricted Season Passes (an $829 Value) for Squaw Valley | Alpine Meadows.)

El Niño is coming, and everyone is expecting (hoping? praying??) for a monster of a season –  snow and rain and any other forms of water than “The Boy” wants to sling at us (as long as he’s nice and leaves California with a solid snowpack). So in 2015, Snowfest is officially a welcome home party for El Niño himself.

In 2015, beer from Lagunitas, Drake’s and Rock Bottom is just $2 and all for a good cause. Money will go to Outward Bound to fund scholarships for under-served youth.

Bear Valley, Boreal, Diamond Peak & Sierra at Tahoe have also donated lift tickets to SnowFest for shoppers (free with minimum purchase).

  • Spend $50, Get 1 Raffle Ticket & 1 Bear Valley or 1 Diamond Peak or 1 Boreal or 1 Sierra at Tahoe Lift Ticket
  • Spend over $100, Get 2 Raffle Tickets & 1 Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows Lift Ticket* (or choose from one of the other resorts above)
