Stern Grove 2022 Lineup Leaks… And it’s Awesome

Thanks to Muni’s “oops” it looks like Liz Phair, Phil Lesh, Leann Rimes, Cat Power and Tower of Power are coming to Stern Grove

The 2022 lineup for the Stern Grove Festival wasn’t supposed to get revealed until May 3rd, but thanks to Muni apparently getting ahead of itself and putting up ads up more than a week in advance, we can see who’s coming to the Grove.

We’ve got a glimpse at (what appears to be) the full lineup thanks to the eagle eyes at the private Facebook group Concert Raptors an awesome Bay Area community of music lovers who share concert news, pre-sale codes and buy/sell concert tickets at face value or free. One of their members noticed the ad up on Muni and took a snap.

The lineup thankfully apparently brings back Tower of Power and Too $hort for 2022 whose original show was canceled due to flooding at Stern Grove back in 2021. Other highlights (as if they aren’t all highlights!) include Liz Phair, Cat Power, Phil Lesh and local heroes Geographer opening for Cold War Kids, plus the annual free San Francisco Symphony show on July 31.
