Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Announces Full Day by Day Lineup for 2024 (Oct. 4-6)
Hardly Strictly Bluegrass has just announced its full lineup by day for 2024 – the first time the festival has announced the day-by-day lineup this early! (exact set-times will be released closer to the festival)
The beloved (and completely free) San Francisco festival returns to Golden Gate Park for 2024 from October 4th to 6th, and they’ve got some spectacular headliners ready to rock the park.
Just announced, the iconic Patti Smith will be performing on Sunday, October 6, 2024. Plus, Cat Power, Sleater-Kinney, Devendra Banhart, Emmylou Harris, Mavis Staples, Yo La Tengo and many more will be gracing the stages.

In addition, HSB is bringing back an old tradition they have missed, the Singer Songwriter Circle. This year’s edition will feature first timers, Carsie Blanton, Melissa Carper, and Peter Case alongside HSB veteran Teddy Thompson; plus Area artists will be joining in: Oakland Rising F: MeloDious & Friends as well as Sam Reider and the Human Hands.
