Super Bleh

All the Super Bowl parties in SF you can’t afford and aren’t invited to, anyway.

It’s a Big Expensive Super Bowl Party and We’ll Cry if We Want To

Almost everything surrounding Super Bowl 50 (other than the super corporate “Super Bowl City” which clogs up traffic) like the ridiculously elaborate pre-parties like Rolling Stone magazine’s annual party at the Design Center or the Playboy party in AT&T Park’s Lot A will not be fun, or cheap for San Franciscans.

A prime example is the elaborate Playboy Super Bowl Party with EDM DJ Alesso and over two dozen bunnies is selling tickets for $1,250.00 a piece. That’s about $113 for every game the 49ers lost this season.

And apparently the city will spend an estimated $3.5 to $4 million to cover transportation, public safety and other costs they feel are associated with Super Bowl 50 (like “hiding” SF’s homeless population from Super Bowl visitors)

So if you’re rolling in the dough (or you are a Playboy Bunny) read below for the list of Super Bowl parties you won’t be able to attend.

Or get out of town and the last minute. Looks like February is the perfect time to take that vacation you’ve always wanted. We hear the Caribbean is nice this time of year.
