Awesome Oakland Teacher Reads Stories Live Online Every Day
Thank you NBC Bay Area for introducing Oakland teacher Mr. Limata to us.
He is a first-grade teacher at Emerson Elementary in Oakland Unified. He enjoys sharing readings with the students, listening to their laughter, awe, and their many other emotions in-between and beyond. He also enjoys learning from their comments/participation in discussions before, during and after reading.
Update: On May 15th, Mr. Limata was surprised live on her show by Ellen and received a $50,000 donation
The current school closures due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has prompted Storytime with Mr. Limata.
