Mother Nature took over and reclaimed her land earlier this week. Ocean Beach’s sand dunes blew over and covered San Francisco’s Great Highway earlier this week.
Thankfully, SF Public Works was able to swiftly clear up the sand and clear the way for people to enjoy biking, walking, rolling, and strolling the full length.
Thank you to San Francisco @sfpublicworks for clearing the sand on the Great Highway today! With the sand cleared, people are free to enjoy biking, walking, rolling, and strolling the full length. pic.twitter.com/0utsAtm0qK
