Eric has been around music his entire life. With his father studying music composition and mastering the piano, and two older brothers playing in bands, he was bound to pick up an instrument of his own. That instrument was the guitar, which he has been playing for 12 years. Eric has a degree in music with an emphasis in classic guitar and jazz from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. In addition, he has studied with one of Utah’s leading classical guitarists, Todd Woodbury.

Eric performs at weddings, corporate events, colleges, clubs, high-end restaurants and a variety of other venues. He has also traveled and played guitar throughout Latin America. Eric is the perfect entertainer for your next event.

The Golden Plates

Childhood friends, Eric and Liam, grew up playing music together and have been going strong for 10 plus years. The Golden Plates play their favorite old time, classic rock and modern folk tunes as well as some original material. The group features a unique format consisting of nylon string guitar, dobro and a rotating cast of vocalists and instrumentalists that is sure to catch your attention and remind you that simplicity is a thing of beauty.
