About our headliner: “People are not only gonna love you, they will imitate you, they will wanna see you…you have everything in the arsenal that a great comedian needs.” – Howie Mandel, America’s Got Talent
MAUREEN LANGAN is an internationally acclaimed standup comedian, broadcaster, Tedx Talk speaker and corporate event host who was a semifinalist on Season 18 of America’s Got Talent. The audience and judges loved her, giving her a standing ovation and four “yeses!”
Maureen’s intelligent and hysterical rants on life’s absurdities make her a hit at clubs, theaters and festivals across the U.S., Canada, U.K, Europe, the Balkans and South Africa.
She has performed with entertainment, literary and cultural icons that include Robin Williams, Jay Leno, Rosie O’Donnell, Jack Canfield, Joy Behar, Gloria Steinem, Danny Glover and Gladys Knight – and she roasted comedy royalty Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara. In addition to America’s Got Talent, her on-screen appearances include, Dry Bar Comedy, Gotham Live, HBO, Red Eye, Comics Unleashed, the Paramount Pictures film Marci X, and many national commercials.
Also featuring …
Ira Summer is so funny, you don’t realize that his material is clean. He uses his pain to make you laugh. As an aging Baby Boomer growing up in a large dysfunctional family, Ira has a lot to share. He appreciates his sons, siblings and mother because without them, he would have to write all of his own material.
Ira has performed at clubs, casinos, colleges and bars in 28 states, and can be heard on Sirius XM. He has been a finalist in the The World Series of Comedy and The US Comedy Contest, was the winner of the nation’s first Over 60 Comedy Competition.
Oakland, California comedian Jason Cole has a quick-witted, high energy style and subversive point of view that finds humor, laughs and silver linings in the dark corners of his mind, human history, and the crumbling world around us. He also has a great bit about bird feeders.
Jason has performed all over California and across America, including Gotham Comedy Club NYC and both San Jose and Hollywood Improvs. Other credits include SF Sketchfest, Chicago Nerd Comedy Festival and 1st place in the Laughs Unlimited By All Means comedy competition.
Candy Shaw is a Bay Area-based comedian and sometimes actor. She was featured on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” and placed 3rd in California’s Funniest Female Contest. This Comedy Oakland favorite has performed at the Oakland Comedy Festival and San Francisco‘s unique comedy celebration, Comedy Day. In Boiling Frog Entertainment’s The Jesus Roast, she made her SF Sketchfest debut as Kristi Noem. She’s opened for such greats as Larry “Bubbles” Brown, Mark Curry, Will Durst, Bobcat Goldthwait, Marga Gomez, Ms. Pat, Rob Schneider, and Tom Segura.
Raised in the heart of Napa Valley on the wrong side of the wine train tracks, Pat McCoy was voted in high school “Most Likely to Recede”. He refuses to grow up and enjoys making fun of himself as well as the ever-changing world around him. A former construction worker, his relatability bonds him to audiences that don’t take him or his jokes too seriously. Pat has shared the stage with Brian Regan, George Lopez, and the late, great Robin Williams.
