Event Details

Flex your art knowledge muscles at the first Contenda, an experimental “quiz show” and solo exhibition by Tim Rosborough on Saturday, November 16, 2013.

Witness the fast-paced and fun game where contestants match wits and art-world knowledge to win prizes and support arts education. Audience participation is encouraged by cheering on your favorite player as they film the first ever webisode and launch Contenda to the world. Roseborough’s clever quiz images are tongue-in-cheek nods to the artists and genres they represent.

Tim Roseborough‘s work and performances have been included in exhibitions at SFMOMA, the 2010 and 2012 ZERO1 New Media Biennials, The Yerba Buena Night Art Festival, and Catharine Clark Gallery. He holds an M.S., Interactive Media from Boston University College of Communication and a B.A., English and Communication from Tulane University.

The Contenda solo exhibition by Rosborough is on view through November 30, 2013.
