You don’t want to miss the November 10 Conundrum Chronicles StorySlam! (The Marsh Theater– 1062 Valencia Street, SF)
Put your name in the hat for a chance to tell a true five-minute story; be the judge; or kick back and enjoy magic of live storytelling!
THEME: TURNING POINT Some turning points arrive like a car crash—sudden, loud, impossible to miss. Others are quiet: a sentence someone said, a choice you almost didn’t make, a morning that looked like any other morning until it wasn’t. We want to hear about the moment your story bent in a new direction. What did you leave behind? What did you walk toward? Looking back now, did you know that everything was about to change?
FEATURED STORYTELLER, KIMBERLII JOY, has always had a story to tell, and she just got the courage to tell it. Raw and real, she weaves laughter and truth into moments that linger. A returning storyteller at the Nutshell and Redwood Nights, she has been seen at Oakland Story Slam, Pretty Good Stories, Queens Story, Lit Quake, The Moth, the Marsh – Tell it on Tuesdays and Monday Nights at the Marsh.
