Do you have the funcheapness to figure out how to save CCSF $18 million and will that get you a free movie ticket?

SFist tipped us off to a perfectly funcheapy contest being run by City College of San Francisco (CCSF). After losing $18 million of their budget, CCSF is asking students to brainstorm with them to come up with cost cutting ideas. As a reward for coming up with great ideas, their offering prizes like $100 gift certificates to the bookstore, free museum and movies tickets.
