Come celebrate the launch of the latest anthology of poetry from the Center for the Art of Translation’s in-school translation program, Poetry Inside Out.

Participants in the Center’s ground-breaking Poetry Inside Out education program read from their eighth anthology of the best student poetry and translations with a fun event for the whole family.

Come for the book launch, stay for Free a reception in the Latin American meeting room afterwards.

About Poetry Inside Out:

Poetry Inside Out is the Center’s literary arts program that fosters imagination and builds student’s problem solving, critical thinking, and literacy skills through the translation and composition of poetry.

Working with accredited teachers and professional poet-translators, Poetry Inside Out students are given the tools that enable them to translate work by the world’s great poets, such as Pablo Neruda, Anna Akhmatova, Li Bai, and Mahmoud Darwish.
