Join us as we team up with the Good Food Awards to celebrate pickling.

Macy’s welcomes these picklers:

  • Karen Solomon (Jam it, Pickle it, Cure it author) She will teach you a broad range of pickling techniques including fermentation, vinegar pickles, and miso pickles.
  • JoEllen DeNicola (Nutrition Educator)
    She will demonstrate her Arame & Ginger Sauerkraut Salad, a finalist for the Good Food Awards in Pickling.

Which pickle do you prefer? We’ll teach you how to make dishes from both enthusiasts, and you be the judge on your favorite. After the demonstration, pick up a copy of their books and have them autographed.
