Devotion to the Truth – the Heart of Buddhism

with RamDev Dale Borglum

Devotion to the dharma, to the lineage, to awareness itself is the heart of Buddhism.Without devotion the path is often lonely and more difficult. Without devotion, you’re never going to feel any intimacy between yourself and the teaching or the lineage masters. Buddha said that the awakening of faith or devotion is the dawn of realization, like a great light rising and shining within the heart. What do you have faith in?

In this meeting we will explore together cultivating devotion, the relationship between devotion and compassion, and how devotion can facilitate ease in working with difficult emotions.
