Diabetes Empowerment Education Program | SF

This is a program that encourages lifestyle changes while learning about diabetes and the way it affects your health. The series is done once a week for 2hours in a 6 week series with an interactive, hands on curriculum. Participants will receive a handbook, incentives and foster new friendships and self-management skills.

Those diagnosed with pre-diabetes and diabetes and 65 plus are encouraged to attend, although others not turned away.
