An Overview

Off-Grid Retreats is delighted to offer this donation based guided meditation & meet with Jane Sedonaen.

After a full work week, set this time aside to reconnect with yourself.

On this ‘urban nature’ retreat, we will take a moment to disconnect from our daily routines and reconnect with ourselves and the natural environment.

Studies show that practicing mindfulness and immersing oneself in nature bring substantial health benefits, yet we often move through our daily lives at a busy pace, disconnected from the outdoors or glued to screens.

Contemplative time in nature provides a powerful backdrop for personal exploration and fosters pathways to deeper understanding.

Participants will be guided in various nature-based mindfulness practices. The program will include elements of sitting, standing, and strolling.

The retreat will be held mostly in contemplative silence, complemented by short group discussions.

All are welcome and no prior meditation experience is required.

The Sites

Our meeting place will be at the Presidio Sports Basement on Friday, September 20th at 2:00 PM PST, with precise details provided upon registration. You’re welcome to park at Tunnel Tops, which is a 3 minute walk away from SB.

The program will begin indoors and then move outside to the Crissy Field area, where we will end at 4:30 PM PST.

Participants should bring a water bottle, in addition to weather-appropriate clothing for a few hours outside by the bay.

This retreat is limited to 20 participants.

Donations & Registration

There is no cost to register for this retreat!

Jane and Off-Grid Retreats are offering their teachings and services under a dana model so there will be an opportunity to donate towards each of them at the end of the retreat.
