Discover Parkour: Free Outdoor Intro “Ninja” Class (Embarcadero)

Whether you’re excited about developing new skills, play, challenge, a fun way to exercise, or a friendly social experience, this beginner parkour class is for you.

This class is designed for people with no previous parkour experience. It’s an opportunity to learn foundational elements of parkour at ground level. The class will cover skills like:

– Jumping and landing mechanics

– Moving in a coordinated way with your hands and feet

– Getting up, down, and over low walls

People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Kids must be accompanied by a parent.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, a good pair of running shoes, and we highly recommend bringing water.
