Amoeba Music: Free In-Store Mini Concerts

Amoeba San Francisco’s DJ series “”Revolutions”” welcomes Bay Area local and co-founder of Mellovation Jay Midnight.

Jay Midnight, born and raised in the SF Bay Area, is a music junkie who brings his love, knowledge, and vibes to each performance. Constantly traveling around the world and venturing off to find his own true vibe, he never stops doing what he loves, whether he’s networking with other DJs & artists, digging for records, or performing. Jay plays “good vibes only” as he takes you on a sonic adventure, showing you what’s out there other than what’s currently trending on the radio.

After leaving radio in 2015, Jay Midnight co-founded a social media platform and label called Mellovation for DJs, MCs, producers, photographers, film makers, and graphic designers, who can put their work out into the world and network with others. In 2015, Jay Midnight plans to return to Japan to dig, network, and perform. He also plans to perform in Australia to promote and spread the Mellovation label further across the world.
