“Doga” Dog Yoga at Pup Plaza | San Jose

Participants will learn about bonding with their dogs through Doga. While guiding the yoga practice, the Doga instructor will provide moments throughout the class for participants to bond, reward, and breathe with their dogs.

The instructor will provide suggested cues for the leash and various opportunities during class to check-in and reconnect with their dogs.
