Spear Street Cul-De-Sac Pop-up Party | SF

San Francisco Planning Department, The East Cut Community Benefit District, the Port of SF, and students from California College of the Arts have partnered to improve and enhance the Spear Street Cul-de-sac.

Student teams will design and prototype ideas to transform the Spear Street Cul-de-sac into a valuable neighborhood public space. The prototypes will be a direct response to the community needs and desires, and will activate the cul-de-sac in a variety of ways.

The student projects will be displayed alongside other activation and programming elements to create a pop-up party on Spear Street under the Bay Bridge. Come check out the party and prototypes, and provide feedback to the teams.

To further activate the space, they’re letting the dogs in. Coppers Dream Dog Rescue have been invited, so come prepared to find your dream dog. There will be swag bag giveaways, healthy food and snack samples for your dog. Bring your dog and join us for a doggone good time.
