Friends of Duboce Park is excited to announce Duboce Park’s 125th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, September 13, from 11 AM to 4 PM. The event will have activities for every age and every taste, and enough going on for a whole day’s outing and will involve the entire community.
Here are the activities that we are planning:
- Arts and crafts
- Dodgeball tournament
- Scavenger hunt
- Lawn games
- Photo booth
- Bounce house
- Historical photo display
- Henna
- Face painting
- Dog adoption (Muttville)
- History table
- Live music
- Paper airplane contest
- Fire engine
- Police car
- Interactive art van
- Randall Museum on the Road
Duboce Park’s 125th Anniversary Celebration would not happen without the energy and enthusiasm of our community. Unfortunately, enthusiasm is not enough, and the event costs a lot. We need to raise around $6000 to cover expenses.
