Celebrate Earth Day 2026 at Yerba Buena Gardens in San Francisco with a free, family-friendly festival featuring a Green Business Expo, live music by LoCura and DJ Lamont, eco-education activities, tree planting demonstrations, a mobile skate park, planetarium exhibit, free carousel rides, local food and drinks, and interactive giveaways. This event kicks off SF Climate Week and is open to all ages.

Join San Francisco Environment Department, in partnership with the Yerba Buena Gardens Conservancy and Climatebase, for a day of sustainability, community, and action at the official kickoff event for SF Climate Week. ​Date: Saturday, April 18, 2026 ​ Time: 12 PM – 3 PM ​ Location: Yerba Buena Gardens, 750 Howard St., San Francisco, CA 94103 ​Event highlights ​Green Business Expo featuring sustainable products and services ​Live music, featuring local Latin fusion band, LoCura, and DJ Lamont ​Delicious food and drinks from local vendors ​Tree planting demo on the living roof ​Free carousel rides ​Interactive activities and giveaways ​Eco-education for all ages ​Mobile skate park ​Planetarium exhibit from local artists ​ This fun, family-friendly event is free and open to all!_
