2019 Diablo Japanese Summer Festival

The JA Club Summer Festival is the annual fundraiser for the Japanese American Religious & Cultural Center (JARCC).

It is a very popular and highly anticipated event for many in the community and elsewhere throughout the East Bay.

The Summer Festival is typically held the second weekend of August.

Admission is free. Free parking is also available at nearby Ygnacio Valley High School – along with free shuttle service to and from the school.

The Summer Festival is a very popular event and significant crowds are always expected. So, this makes parking a bit of a challenge. While there is very limited disabled parking available, we do provide a drop-off/pickup area in front of the building. We have also arranged for free parking at Ygnacio Valley High School a few blocks away. Free shuttle service runs frequently between the High School and JA Club throughout the day and evening hours.
