On Friday, July 5, groups unveil their homemade floats decked in lights and perform skits while floating past a cheering audience.
Be sure to catch the free show at the town’s famous water curtain, as images of the American flag are projected off the Monte Rio bridge, followed by a dramatic fireworks display.
