SF’s “Free Yoga In The Gardens” (Yerba Buena Gardens)
Purusha Yoga, Minna Gallery and Yerba Buena Gardens Festival invite you to join us for Free Purusha Yoga Flow classes outdoors. Bring your own mat, and join us for a fun and invigorating Yoga Flow Practice that will energize your body, mind and energy.
Purusha Yoga has provided classes for Sunday Streets, The San Francisco County Jail, The Veterans Hospital, San Francisco Unified School District, Glide Memorial, Saint Anthony’s Foundation and Golden Gate Park. The School is a National and International leading Yoga School that is one of only 60 worldwide Accredited Yoga Therapy Schools with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Purusha was voted “Best of the Bay, Best Yoga Studio” in San Francisco and was highlighted in the Bold Italic feature article “Five Unsung Heroes Who are Keeping San Francisco Awesome.” The Purusha Seva Project Non Profit provides Yoga, Health, Wellness, Fitness and life skills to underserved and at-risk populations. The Purusha Yoga mission is to empower the self and strengthen the community.
