Twin Peaks Trail Building Weekend & Free Food | SF

On September 27-29, 2013, join Volunteers for Outdoor California (V-O-Cal) in helping SF Rec and Park build the Twin Peaks segment of the “Creeks to Peaks” trail network, taking hikers off a busy street and onto the brand new Portola Trail overlooking much of the city.

Free, but an RSVP is required.

Bring family and friends to build the trail, enjoy an after-work beverage, partake in their famous free meals, and build camaraderie. Enjoy the music of Dirty Shuffle and hike down to Glen Canyon or up to Twin Peaks as part of this rare opportunity to camp out in San Francisco.

Ages 14 and over. All ability levels welcome; training and tools are provided.
