33rd Annual Vietnamese Lunar New Year Tet Festival | San Jose

Celebrate the Lunar New Year Vietnamese style at the 33rd Annual Tet Festival in San Jose from 10 am to 10 pm on February 21-22, 2015.

The festival typically features lion dancing, live music, games, a singing talent show, comedy acts, fashion shows, martial arts demonstrations and fireworks. Traditional foods like Vietnamese rice cakes, roasted watermelon seeds, kumquats and sweet dried fruits will be for sale.

The fairgrounds can accommodate 30,000 people, so this should be Northern California’s biggest party for the nation’s largest Vietnamese-American community.
