Event Details

Color Fair will feature a rainbow of hands-on science activities, demonstrations and local artisans selling colorful wares. The open-air market ambience of Color Fair takes place outside the museum, near the rotunda of the Palace of Fine Arts. Live demonstrations range from the craft of how to dye fabric by color connoisseurs to chemistry experiments that play with the visible spectrum.

The outdoor portion of the Color Fair is free and open to the public, but please note that part of Color Fair will also take place inside the Exploratorium, which requires a purchased admission ticket to the museum.
