FabMo’s 15th Annual Artisans Market brings together nearly 40 eco-conscious local artisans showcasing a wide variety of unique, handcrafted toys, fashion, home decor, jewelry, gift and holiday items.
The event will take place on Sunday, Oct. 4th from 11am to 4pm at the Los Altos Community Center, 97 Hillview Avenue, Los Altos.
All of the items offered at the market have been crafted from the roughly 70 tons of textiles, wallpaper, tile and other discarded designer material the non-profit FabMo diverts from the landfill each year. Many of the artists participating are also active volunteers, and several of the vendors reside in Palo Alto. It’s a great place to get a jump start on some sustainable holiday shopping.
