Farm Discovery Tour: Milking Cows & Hay Mazes | Petaluma

Come see firsthand what makes Organic Valley farms and farmers like none other. The McClelland family will be on hand to welcome you to their farm. There are roughly 1,500 acres of pasture and cropland to manage, cows to milk, calves to take care of and farm tours to conduct.

Free Activities on the farm:

• Learn about milking, pasture and calves during presentations throughout the day
• Sample Organic Valley products
• Shake and make your own butter
• Make a cow puppet
• Submit an entry for the calf naming contest
• Visit the petting farm area
• Complete the hay maze
• Speed around the pedal car raceway
• Sustainability activities
• There will be additional paid activities throughout the day as part of the McClelland Dairy Organic Pumpkin Patch.

Arrive any time during the event hours, and spend as long as you would like for a fun day on the farm.
