Wander among droids built by the R2 Builders club and come in costume to celebrate your favorite epic space saga. Get into character during a lightsaber workshop and prepare to be wowed by epic lightsaber battles by the Saber Guild and Golden Gate Knights. Pose for photos with the 501st Legion aka Vader’s Fist and other local costume clubs.

Step into the Cantina (aka the Academy’s central Piazza) to grab a drink and catch an otherworldly performance by Blackbird Blackbird, the folktronica moniker of San Francisco-based wünderkind Mikey Maramag, while surrounded by galactic projections by artist Colin Harrington.
