4th Filipino American International Book Festival | SF Main Library

In celebration of Filipino American History Month, the San Francisco Public Library will be hosting the fourth, annual Filipino American International Book Festival (Filbookfest II) at the Main branch on October 6-8, 2017.

An opening gala reception will be held on October 6, but this is an invitation-only event. The Book Fest will open to the public on October 7 and 8, 2017.

The event gathers Filipino writers and artists from the Philippines and around the United States to participate in a variety of panel discussions, presentations, and readings at the Main Branch of the San Francisco Public Library and at the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco.

Last 2015, Fulton Street between Hyde and Larkin was filled with booths featuring books, information, food, and other Filipino cultural products. We expect it to be the same this year.
