Welcome to the first in a series of films about Old Lesbians of Color, presented by The Bay Area OLOC (Old Lesbians Organizing for Change). The Passionate Pursuits of Angela Bowen, directed by Jennifer Abod, is a fascinating story of a strong Black Lesbian.

For six decades, Angela Bowen, classical dancer and teacher, Black feminist activist and professor, has influenced and inspired many. Following the film there will be opportunity for discussion.
