Mount Saint Elias | First Friday Concert Series | Oakland

Band Lineup | April 4, 2014

Mount Saint Elias
Citing Bill Withers, Nina Simone, and folk singers like Josh Ritter as influences- singer/songwriter Joey Coe’s vocals blend deep resonate soul and folksy grit, which, when paired with the soaring harmonies of Tatyana Schmid (“a blues queen gone bad”,) make one remember that night you sat under the christmas lights in your living room and pondered how life could be so great sometimes, and so shitty at other times. The passion this band brings to the stage spills over to the audience , making any venue feel like the only place that you could possibly be on that night.

Also on the lineup are:

  • Whiskerman
  • Sparrows Gate
  • Electric Strawberry
