Calling all J-Pop fans, anime music lovers, dancers, and active SF locals!

Join 20-year international fitness veteran Jay Leone (SF Jay Fitness / LUNA Movement) for a high-energy, open-air J-Pop dance pop-up and live video shoot in the heart of San Francisco.

Ado’s dark, explosive track “Monstruo” is an absolute powerhouse. Applying 20 years of dance-fitness expertise, SFJay engineered a brand-new, original “Monster Concept” routine—combining dramatic movement, beast-mode athletic stances, and fun strikes into choreography that actually flows, feels amazing to execute, and hits every beat of the music.

What to Expect:

World-Debut Choreography: Learn the first-ever dedicated dance routine created specifically for Ado’s Monstruo.

Feature in the Fitness Music Video: We will be filming live group footage! Come bring your energy and star in the official full-length fitness music video release for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Theatrical & Athletic: A step-by-step breakdown of claw strikes, low-center beast transitions, and high-octane cardio drops—featuring beginner, intermediate, and advanced options so everyone can dance!

100% Free & Open to All: No prior dance experience required—just bring your enthusiasm and smile!

Your Stage: Salesforce Park (Main Plaza)

⏰ Time: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Arrive at 3:45 PM for warm-up)

Dress Code / Visual Vibe (Optional):

Theme: Dark Idol, Monster/Beast, or J-Pop Streetwear!

Colors: Black, deep blue, crimson, or metallic accents (matching Ado’s iconic visual style).

Easy Ideas: Anime/J-Pop graphic tees, edgy streetwear, face paint/claw accents, dark activewear, or beast/monster accessories.

Functional Wear: Please ensure your outfit allows full freedom of movement and you are wearing athletic sneakers!

⚠️ Park Guidelines:

Strictly NO Prop Weapons: Leave any cosplay swords, staff props, guns, or sharp plastic accessories at home. Security will stop props immediately.

Keep Eyes & Faces Visible: Full-head mascot masks or heavy face-covering helmets make dynamic dance movement unsafe. Stick to makeup, face paint, or open masks/bandanas.

Prioritize Athletic Functionality: Avoid loose capes or stiff outfits that cause tripping so everyone stays safe.
