Event Details

The Bar Method is a one-hour group exercise class based on ballet dance conditioning that combines the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics training, interval training, and physical therapy. A safe, effective, and efficient form of exercise that emphasizes flexibility and low-impact moves to protect joints, the Bar Method is more intense than most Pilates and yoga classes, providing deeper muscle definition by holding longer poses.

Thursday 1/26: Bar Method 101 with Keryun Dukellis (Early Class) 5:30-6:30p
