Join the for an hour of Free Bodyweight Bootcamp on February 2nd at Dolores Park. At each workout, donations will be accepted (they are not required) and 100% will be donated at the end of the month.

  • What Is “Out”?
    Workouts are open to all from a certified personal trainer, Josh Muñoz. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and our group is open to all fitness levels. You will be challenged and supported in a safe, social workout environment. Bring a towel and water and get ready to sweat.
  • Does This Group Cost Anything?
    Workouts are donation-based and donations are optional. I do not want finances to get in the way of your pursuit of health and fitness. Donations go toward local fundraising in the community and toward the group. I am always open about where your money goes.
  • Is This For Me?
    It is important to let me know of any physical limitations provided by your physician or doctor. I always design workouts that are adaptable to different conditions, but it is important that I know.
