Free Cemetery Walking Tour: “Oral Traditions” Readings and Tastings (Oakland)

Meet early California pioneers of food and literature (or those who inspired them) on a historic walking tour with tastes and readings along the way. We start at the final resting place of “Trader Vic” and end at the gravesite of James Folger. Other notables include Frank Norris, Ina Coolbrith and Domingo Ghiradelli, as well as inventors, cookbook and detective writers. Meet in front of cemetery office.
