Kaiser Permanente in partnership with nationally known indoor cycling company, Flywheel Sports, hosts a free custom 45-minute classes featuring NBA All Stars Stephen Curry and Chris Paul.
Free, but you must be one of the first 100 people to register to reserve a bike.RSVPs are now gone, but you can get on the waitlist.
If you do not reserve a bike or add your name to the waitlist, you can still come and be a spectator. There’s no need for a ticket; just arrive and bring your friends to watch the class and enjoy some great tunes spun by San Francisco’s own DJ Knuckles.
The free Flywheel class will take place in Jessie Square at Yerba Buena Gardens led by Flywheel Sports Co-Founder, Ruth Zukerman. Please show up in your favorite workout outfit at 2:30 pm for check-in. There are no changing rooms, so they request that you arrive in your athletic gear ready to ride. Cycling shoes will be provided.
