Thursday, April 19 is Free Drive-in Movie Night at the West Wind Drive-in movie theaters in Concord and San Jose – yes, it’s a good old fashioned drive in theater with double features every night, plus live music, bounce houses, and face painters.

Here’s your chance to see The Lorax and Ghost Protocol for free in your car with your sweatheart just wishing you didn’t have bucket seats. The San Jose location also features Journey 2.

Gates open at 6pm, Films start at dusk. Arrive early!

Free Movie Night Schedule – Double Features

• Solano 2 Drive-In : Concord
  The Lorax (8pm and 10:35pm) and Ghost Protocol (8pm and 9:45pm) showing on both screens
• West Wind Capitol 6 Drive-In : San Jose
  The Lorax (8pm and 10pm), Ghost Protocol (8pm and 10:30pm), and Journey 2 (9:55pm and 10:30pm) rotating on both screens.

Remember the Drive-In? If you haven’t been to a good ol’ fashioned drive in movie in a while, tonight’s your chance. The Solano drive-in (yes – an old school drive in where you listen to the movie on FM) in Concord and the Capitol 6 Drive-In (San Jose). Films are double features (how retro!).

Normally tickets are just $6.95 a person for a double feature and Tuesday nights are $4.95 (and kids 11 and under are just $1.00) – a 1970s style bargain!
