Monarch is hosting a Tuesday night vinyl party with DJs spinning only vinyl with funk, soul, disco and boogie along with some free booze and Mardi Gras treats.

In honor of Fat Tuesday, if you RSVP on Facebook not only will you get in for free, but there’s free New Orleans’ style Hurricane cocktails (usually made with fruit juice,or the first hour (8p-9p), plus grab a free taste of King Cakes (a traditional Mardi Gras twisted bread topped with icing or sugar) while supplies last.

  • Free Hurricanes from 8p-9p with Facebook RSVP
  • $5 Hurricanes all night
  • Free King Cakes (while supplies last)
  • The promoters are promising “cheap drinks” if you wear a Mardi Gras Mask
  • Scoutmob is also offering a free Hurricane drink deal, as long as you have their Android or iPhone app.
Free Drinks… Really???  The Monarch website lists the Free Hurricane drink deal if you RSVP on Facebook, but there’s no mention of the freebie on the Facebook page itself. So we recommend you print out this screenshot and keep it in your back pocket just in case you need it.
