Start your Labor Day stress-free and with sun salutations at a free yoga class in Union Square Park with visiting Vinyasa instructor Becky Harsma.

Just bring your own mat, water and a windbreaker, because early mornings are chilly, and you don’t want to freeze during those forward bends.
