Enjoy a free lunch (for the first 20 who RSVP) while you watch everyone’s favorite local chef Lesley Stiles whip up a simple but mouth-watering vegetarian entree (or side dish) featuring asparagus, quinoa, parmesan cheese, green garlic and crimini mushrooms, then take home the recipe to impress family and friends.

With what you’ve learned you can pick up some seasonal organic produce at the Crocker Galleria Farmers’ Market and try it yourself.
