Where movement meets mindfulness.

We flow with breath, presence, and intention inviting awareness into the body and compassion into our inner experience.

Rooted in the four foundations of mindfulness, this practice helps anchor your attention in the present moment—through sensation, emotion, thought, and breath.

We begin slowly, breaking down key postures to arrive in each shape with clarity and strength. From there, we build into a rhythmic flow that invites softness, curiosity, and an almost meditative quality of movement.

What to expect:
– a grounding start and clear intention
– breath-led flow with opportunities for pause and reflection
– alignment cues that deepen body awareness
– invitations to move from curiosity, not perfection
– gentle, consent-based hands-on assists (often just a finger tap to support deeper connection to the body)

This class is intentionally designed to give yourself the space to come home to yourself. You’ll leave feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to your breath, body, and the rhythm of your life.
