Free Rooftop Yoga Class w/ Fitness SF at Salesforce Park (Every Wed + Fri)

This class will focus on creating fluid transitional moves between postures, while alignment & form are never sacrificed in the process of flexibility development.

Provided by FITNESS SF.

This program is free and open to the public.

Every Wednesday and Every Friday through October 31, 2025

  • ZUMBA®: Mondays, 6 – 7 p.m. at Main Plaza
  • Yoga: Wednesdays, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at Amphitheater
  • Bootcamp: Thursdays, 8 – 9 a.m. at Main Plaza
  • High Fitness: Thursdays, 1 – 2 p.m. at Main Plaza
  • Yoga: Fridays, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at Amphitheater
  • Metcon: Saturdays, 10 – 11 a.m. at Main Plaza
