Salsa-Con is the country’s first-ever salsa-making competition, and we’re hosting it here in San Francisco. The event will feature home and professional cooks from around the Bay Area battling it out for votes — your vote. This is a free event and attendees are encouraged to try salsas, build community, and help us decide who is the Salsa-Con Champion of 2026!

We’re also accepting applications for competitors. Application details at Salsa-Con.com.
