Event Details

“Behind good communication is a caring quality based on honesty and sensitivity.” Tarthang Tulku, Mastering Successful Work.

In order to communicate well, you must learn to listen well and then to respond with clarity and caring. Barr Rosenberg, the co-dean of the Nyingma Institute, explores ways to hear more deeply, understanding the significance of what is being said rather than just the words. The goal is to strengthen positive relationships and enhance problem solving.
